If the board decides to propose amendments , such proposed amendments will be published again for three weeks for further representations ; any person , other than the original representer or commenter may submit further representations ( either supportive or adverse ) to the board within the three - week period 除了原申述者或原提意见者外，任何人均可在三星期公布期内，向城规会作出进一步申述(可提出支持或反对意见) ；

If adverse further representations are received , the board will hold another meeting to consider all the further representations , at which the original representer or commenter and the further representer may attend and be heard by the board ; after the further hearing , the board will decide whether to make amendments to the draft plan ; and 城规会如接获提出反对的进一步申述，便会举行另一次会议，以考虑所有进一步申述，而原申述者或原提意见者和进一步申述者均可出席城规会会议和在会议上陈词；
