为了最大限度地保存菌种的活力，以提高菌丝体的质量及菌丝体内活性成分的累积，本文通过对比研究，进一步对其生长基质进行筛选，明确了两种适于桑黄菌丝生长的固体培养基：以马铃薯为氮源、蔗糖为碳源的培养基较适用于菌丝收集，以蛋白胨为氮源、可溶性淀粉为碳源的培养基较适用于菌种的保藏。
